Postage insurance will guarantee that all of your items will make it to you in one piece. If your order has postage insurance Solly's Online Grocery will replace or refund any item (limited to stock availability) that was broken or damaged in transit.
If your order has arrived damaged please contact us at email@example.com with your order number along with photographs of the damaged item.
Authorization to leave any parcel on premises or in an non-secure location may void postage protection option. In this case you may be refunded for the postage protection option instead of the products damaged.
