Liebers Potato Starch 453g

I am happy with this product. It's not available in the supermarkets in Australia so isn't the cheapest option if you live in Australia. It thickens as advertised, and bonus it thickens clear and not cloudy like some other products, so it's great for thickening things like dark berries in tarts, and it's gluten free. There could be a whole potential market in Australia if Lieber explored that option.
